The Tobacco and Substance Use Disorder Workshop is a comprehensive program designed to educate participants on the dangers of tobacco and substance abuse. Our monthly Free Food Market provides access to fresh, nutritious food for individuals and families in need. In partnership with local organizations, we distribute a variety of fruits, vegetables, pantry staples, and other essential items at no cost. This initiative aims to reduce food insecurity, promote healthy eating, and strengthen community support. Everyone is welcome to participate in this effort to ensure no one goes hungry.

The Emergency Preparedness Workshop equips participants with essential knowledge and practical skills to respond effectively in crisis situations. Through hands-on training, expert guidance, and interactive exercises, attendees learn how to create emergency plans, assemble survival kits, and stay informed during natural disasters or emergencies. This workshop empowers individuals and families to enhance their safety, resilience, and readiness for unexpected events.
